• Provide new IT and System technology proposal/solution for customer.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers and ensure all environments is maintained in line with standard IT policies of company.
• Onsite support for troubleshooting of hardware (PC, network, device…) for customers.
• Install, implement support and manage:
  + Server: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
  + PC (Desktop/Laptop): Windows 10, MS Office, Anti-virus protection, Spyware solutions, etc.
  + LAN / Wireless network.
• Make report of system for customer monthly.
• Consult and design information security and safety system for customer.

• Monday to Friday: 8:15 – 17: 15
• Saturday: 8:15 12:00 (Only Twice per quarter – Total 8 times per year)

• Basic salary: Up to $1000/month (Gross), depending on career and capability
• Bonus: 14th month salary to 19th month salary – 1 time per year, depending on individual’s performance and company business result

• Commuting to work: There are 2 routes of comfortable bus from the city to the office. Motorcycle commuters have an allowance (300,000 – 400,000 VND)

• Labor contract, insurance and annual leave are based on Vietnamese law

Mandatory

• At least 1 year or more work experience in IT field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows based software and hardware environments.
• Knowledge and experience about network.
• Good communication skill in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
• Logical thinking, good skills in communication and presentation.
• Ability work independently as well as in the Team environment.

Desirable

• Know virtual environment: VMware, Hyper-V.… for migrating on-premise system to virtual system.
• Know cloud solution and can deploy MS Azure, AWS… for migrating on-premise system to Cloud system such as Cloud server/clients, MS 365…
• Having working experiences in foreign company, especially for Japanese Company.
