– Makes requests and receiving requests from customers.
– Makes quotation according to Customers’ requirement
– Manages documents and prepares progress payment for Customers, Sub-contractors
– Office management and related tasks
– Other admin and secretary duties will be assigned by leaders

Yêu cầu công việc
– Bachelor’s degree
– Good knowledge of labor laws, related HR policies and procedures for foreign workers
– From 5 years working experience, at least 2 years of experience in import and export
– Have experience in setting up/ establishing/ closing company or representative office
– English language requirement with 2 skills (Speaking & Writing)
– Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power point)
– Good team work skill
