1. Architectural Drafter (Planned employment period of 6 months to 1 year for a project-based assignment.)
*Planned employment starts in June 2026

2. Work Location: Go Dau Industrial Park (Phuoc Thai Commune, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam)
※ For the Architectural Drafter position, there is a possibility of working at the Ho Chi Minh City office.

3. Responsibilities

• Creation of Shop Drawings: (Foundation plans, Tile layout plans, Ceiling layout plans, and Precast Concrete (PCA) drawings)
• Revision of Design Documents: Updating As-built drawings upon project completion
• Perspective Rendering: Creating 3D visualizations/perspectives for client presentations (Optional/Preferred)
• Create drawings based on instructions from Japanese personnel and company staff

Interview process: 2～３ rounds (In person or Web)

• Working time: 8:00～17:30 (Lunch break 12:00～13:00)

Working day: Mon ~ Fri

Day off: Sat, Sun & Vietnam’s Public holiday

• Salary Range: Gross 18,000,000 ～ 35,000,000 VND ※ Depending on experience

• Essential: Graduated from University(Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering)
• Experience using AutoCAD
• English (Business communication) . Japanese is not required
• Age rank: 25 ~ 39 ages
• Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
• Having worked in Japanese company is advantage

① Junior CAD Operator / Drafting Assistant 
• Drafting and Revision Experience: Proven experience in accurately updating and cleaning up drawings based on red-line markups and specific instructions.
• Data Management Skills: Experience in organizing drawings according to company standards (layer management, block creation, and file structure).
• Basic Office Proficiency: Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for basic reporting and documentation.
② Middle to Senior Level: Shop Drawing Specialist / Experienced Drafter
• Detailed Shop Drawing Experience: Hands-on experience in creating specific construction details, including tile layouts, ceiling grids, and Precast Concrete (PCA) drawings.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: Experience in identifying and resolving inconsistencies by overlaying architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
• Technical Standards Proficiency: Ability to interpret and apply construction standard drawings and manufacturer specifications into shop drawings.
• 3D Visualization (Preferred): Experience in 3D modeling and perspective rendering using software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
③ Expert / Lead Level: Senior Site Architect / Site Engineer (Preferred)
• Site Supervision Experience: Extensive experience in on-site construction management, including progress, quality, and safety control.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Experience in leading technical meetings with subcontractors and conducting presentations for clients.
• Design Change Management: Ability to make technical decisions based on site conditions and manage the entire process through to As-built drawing completion.
• Team Leadership: Experience in managing progress and providing technical guidance for a drafting team (Junior and Middle levels).
