Chi tiết công việc
- Make delivery plan for customers.
- Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
- Handling precursor declaration and chemical declaration for imported cargo & exported cargo (if any)
- Control & manage NG & return NG to suppliers.
- Control & manage NG & replace to customers
- Be responsible to place PO to suppliers; follow up, and control this category of materials to meet the timing and reliability of the company.
- Based on Purchase Requisition, or forecast from Sale team, purchase materials per purchasing procedure and company’s policies.
- Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
- Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by manager.
- Report to the Section Manager.

- Salary: Negotiated based on experience & qualifications
- Social insurance based on the full salary
- Working time: 7.5 hrs /day (8:00 – 16:30), 5 days/week (Mon – Fri)
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate with related major such as: Logistics, International Business, Business Administration
- Good command of English with communication and interpersonal skills.
- ~1 years of experience in import-export, purchasing, and logistics (WELCOME FRESHER)
- Experience in the Plastics or Chemical industries is preferred
- Hard working, responsible, and reliable person
- Ability to work under high pressure, and can work overtime.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Internet),
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Prefer candidate under 30 years old.
