Import/Export Operation for Freight Forwarding and Logistics fluent in English

***** Import:

1. Received pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.
2. Contact with customer to prepare to do import customs clearance, update information for cargo release to CNEE.
3. Check import requirement procedure to import cargo and reply to customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code, import license
4. Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/oversea agents, handle internal data entry
5. Keep updated on relevant laws and regulations
6. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
7. Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements.

***** Export:

1. Receive and manage inquiries from customers/overseas and arrange bookings.
2. Contact with customer to prepare to do export customs clearance, update information for cargo release to customer.
3. Check export procedures, including MSDS, HS codes; ensure accurate documentation.
4. Issue House Bill, update VGM, MBL on the carrier’s system; submit AFR, ENS, AMS, FMC as required.
5. Send pre-alerts to oversea agents and relevant parties.
6. Input revenue/cost into the system, check and confirm costs to agent, issue Debit/Credit Notes for customers/oversea agents, handle internal data entry
7. Check and track telex releases from carriers
8. Keep updated on relevant laws and regulations
9. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
10. Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements

• Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 Saturday Work from home
• Rest Hours: 12:00-13:00
• Probation period: 2 months (85%)
• Salary: Negotiable
• Bonus: 1 month + Bonus according to year-end KPI evaluation
• Salary review: Once per year
• Annual Leaves:  12 days

• At least 3 – 4 years with knowledge in all fields: Air or sea freight forwarding customs brokers and logistics operation, Customs clearance, Domestic delivery. Warehouse experience is advantage.
• University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office
• High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
• Good negotiation and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
• Strong and never give up spirit.
• Willing to learn and high motived.
