• Maximize warehouse service operations
• Improve productivity, control costs for warehouse operations
• Ensuring that standards for 5S, safety and security are regularly
maintained for warehouse operations
• Recruit, train, coach the knowledge and skills of employees
Key Responsibilities (Detailed Job Description)
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s
policies and vision
• Making introductory brochures/leaflet/flyer on warehouse services,
highlighting the differentiated service benefits for different warehouse
locations
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance
operations
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and
procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation
requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene (5S) and security

• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Assistant to the management to prepare annual budget
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport departments
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead
stock report etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade University, Logistics and Supply
Chain
• 5-7 years’ experience working in logistics/warehouse and supply
chain in a global forwarder
Skill/ Capacity
• Good presentation skills by using multi IT tools or software
• Solid knowledge of Logistics and Supply chain. Fair knowledge of
international freight forwading
• Good problem solving
• Strong analytical, data analysis
• Good teamwork skills and strong self-motivation
• Good organizational and time management skills with ability to
manage multiple deadlines and set priorities
• Must be familiar with computer software programs e.g. Word,
Excel, Power Point, etc.
• English at intermediate level or above (4 skills)
