■ Job Description
1. Expansion & Maintenance of Sales Network: Build and strengthen the distribution network for National Brand (NB) products.
2. Management of GT Channel: Lead and manage a General Trade (GT) sales team of approximately 100 staff nationwide.
3. Management of MT Channel: Oversee the sales team for Modern Trade (MT), including supermarkets and convenience stores.
4. Promotion Planning & Management: Supervise the planning, implementation, and effectiveness measurement of sales promotion campaigns.
5. P&L Management: Manage the budget, costs, and profitability of the NB division.
■ Work Location
• Hanoi Office, Ho Chi Minh City Office, or Hung Yen Factory (Thang Long Industrial Park II)
* Note: Requires business travel across Vietnam.

• Salary: Gross 35,000,000 – 50,000,000 VND

Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Language: Proficiency in English or Japanese.
