Chi tiết công việc
- Take responsibility for handling problem in the event of occurrence. Co-operating with related sections for problem solving and report to superior
- Performing past problem audit and Horizontal deployment activity to prevent recurrence of a problem
- Performing new line, new process and new machine audit to find out and resolve problems before mass production
- Establishing and maintaining in-process defect control system
- Daily monitor in-process defects and analyze data of inline defect control system to take an appropriate action
- Make inspection standard for new products
- Make a weekly report/monthly report
- Strictly follow up action plan & support members to achieve target

Yêu cầu công việc
- Male, Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering of Electrics, Mechatronics or relevant fields
- Preferable at least 2 years of experience in quality control or related field
- Understand well PDCA concept, QC 7 tools, QC story (QC 7 steps). Good at management database
- Good command of English written and spoken (TOEIC from 450 upwards is preferable)
- Have Microsoft Office skill ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint )
- Have various relevant skills:
– Good communication, friendly, outgoing, adaptability, cooperative
– Good problem solving and analytical skills
– High responsibility and teamwork skill and bear well with high pressure
