1. General:
Overall management of production process of Manual Insert, SMT section.
2. Details:
+ Made Plan, determine optimal utilization of factory resources & equipment to meet target for production.
+ Budget, manpower, labor cost control.
+ Improvement process for production activity
+ Make and achieve target of production output
+ Coordinate with group’s companies
+ Training & coaching subordinates for skill up.
+ Control 5S & safety in factory.
+ Report: Report to top management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Age: 32~40 years old
• Language : Good command of English
• Experience: At least 3 year employment experience in production management.
• Qualification : At least university graduation with major in electronics related field.
• Knowledge: Understand PCBA, production operation process especially in manual insert, SMT process (wave solder & AI)
• Skill :
+ Effective communication skill including report writing
+ Good management skill
+ Good problem solving skills
+ Good computer skill
+ Logical thinking
