Responsibilities

1. Control daily, weekly, monthly production plans from reality to make appropriate adjustments to achieve the planned delivery schedule.
2. Daily report on the progress of the work being done and point out any arising issues as well as ideas for improving it.
3. Manage machinery and equipment records at the factory. Make a plan to periodically replace some spare parts, make a plan for periodic machinery maintenance.
4. Manage the progress of safety items of the factory as well as the company.
5. Manage workers’ leave reasonably to avoid affecting the production plan.
6. Manage overtime hours of employees to avoid violating the company’s regulations.
7. Manage raw materials (Consumption, expiry date, import and export order, quality, quantity…)
8. Make working standards and work instructions for new departments.
9. Update working standards and work instructions when there are new points change.
10. Investigate and provide production-related information to relevant departments for claim purpose.

11. Joint in meetings reject to manage old and new countormeasure. From there, take some ideas and evaluate the results of before that.
12. Make customer claim reports when raw materials do not meet quality standards.
13. Create a management table and manage consumable spare parts during the production process.
14. Carry out other requests from relevant departments.

• Working hours: 8:10 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Off on 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays each month, with 12 days of annual leave.
• All public holidays as regulated by the state come with a small allowance.
• Lunar New Year bonus is usually more than 2 months’ salary.
• Salary increases annually in May based on KPI evaluations.
• There are 2 shuttle bus routes for employees from downtown Hanoi as follows:

1. Bachelor’s degree or University degree in engineering, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in production management
3. Have been made production planning and mornitoring to meet the delivery plan for at least 1 year.
4. Communicate is good by English
5. Able to work well in a team and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
6. Office tools: excel, powerpoint, word, outlook
7. Experience in MP manaement of the department to achieve high labor productivity
8. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
9. Good knowledge and direct experience with work on reject and process loss investigation
