Main Responsibilities: 
• Oversee all production and warehouse activities to ensure the products are produced according to specifications, work instructions, good manufacturing practices and delivery on time
• Make production and delivery plans to ensure the requirements of the customers are met, use the right labor and materials as well as the right equipment for each order.
• Strongly involves in continuous improvement and problem solving activities. Work with maintenance and QC departments to analyze and find the cause to fix defective product specifications and production or warehouse operation problems.
• Optimize the operations, processes and equipment to achieve the best line efficiency and performance, minimize the manufacturing losses. Involve in the design of the layout and equipment when necessary.
• Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team (incl. Temporary people) as per the agreed plan with Manager (proper training including equipment, safety procedures, hygiene).
• Coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job.
• Implement and monitor the implementation of safety regulations, maintain 5S hygiene standards in production and warehouse area. Enforce strict compliance to standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the line.
• Checks and correctly reports the production outputs, work in processes and materials usage by daily basis. Take appropriate actions if needed.
• Manage and handle damaged goods, non-conforming products in Warehouse.
• Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Basic Salary: 17-22 million VND/month (*)

• University Degree with major in technical background, food processing
• At least 03 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing companies, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Good at English or Japanese communication
• Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Power Point, etc.
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong ability to deal with emergencies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Lean manufacturing qualifications will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
