- Maintain and deepen relationship with existing customer; expand customer base by developing relationship with new prospective Japanese companies
- Prepare marketing budgets, analyze and develop marketing strategies to achieve sthe target revenue by the management
- Evaluate and execute necessary adjustments to product selling prices or promotional method to ensure the achievement of sales targets
- Together with Procurement department, optimize buffer stock level for each product and customer
- Monitor order fulfillments and provide forecast information to the Procurement to ensure production efficiency is optimized
- Analyze and provide product development directions, to ensure product development is in accordance with customer’s/market needs
- Do routine survey to ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction, and coordinate with related department to improve it.
- Provide regular reports on Sales & Marketing activities and results (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- To represent and negotiate on behalf of the Company on some terms and conditions, for a mutually beneficial and sustainable business relation with Customer
- Supports the smooth running of ISO programs.
- Other assignment as directed by the top management that will be assigned from time to time.
- Reporting toBoard of Directors. (Nationality of General director: Singapore nationality, CEO is Indonesian)

- Working hours: Mon to Fri from 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00-13:00)
- Weekends and holidays: Sunday, Every other Saturday, national holidays (as stipulated by Vietnamese government), company holidays.

- Invitation letter, WP: Have experience, then can process quickly.
- Other working conditions and welfare are specified in our Office’s Internal Labor Regulations, which will be explained at interviews if needed.
- Salary: 3,000 – 5,000 USDper month (GROSS) and overtime pay.
- Bonuses: Provided the bonus based on the performance of the Company and performance evaluation of the employee.
- Probation period is 2 month. Salary during this term is 85% of the basic salary.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum age of 45 years old, with Japanese nationality.
- University Bachelor degree, with more than 5 years working in related experience.
- Sound problem solving skills.
- Willing to reside and work in Hai Phong, Vietnam, and to travel locally and internationally.
- Well organize and manage works with good analytical skills.
- A good command of English languages skills is a must.
- High working knowledge of a computer skill.
