- To drive an effective customer relationship management strategy to meet organizational goals and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain existing customer relations and manage new sales queries including preparing, presenting a proposal and contracting with the customer.
- Liaise with customers regarding pricing negotiation, follow up on approval for orders and delivery schedule and keep track of payment status.
- Gather information on the market situation from the same industry.
- Develop new customers and market expansion.
- Report on sales activities such as customer meetings, marketing information, payments etc.
- Attend to customer visits when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3 years of sales and marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good in English both speaking and writing as most of the communication is carried out in English.
- Good in Korean as need to handle Korean customer inquiry.
- Good time management skill as need to report the sales status timely.
- Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other office members from Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam
- Team player who can collaborate with other team members.
- Good communication and negotiation skills. Able to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
