1. Site Supervisor (Planned employment period of 6 months to 1 year for a project-based assignment.)

2. Work Location / 勤務地 : Go  Dau  Industrial  Park (Xã  Phước  Thái,  huyện  Long Thành,  Đồng  Nai,  Việt  Nam)

3. Responsibilities

• We basically intend to put you in charge of one Warehouse Extension and Canteen Renovation, managing the entire process from foundation work and finishing to final handover.
• Warehouse Extension (New Construction): A steel structure with asphalt flooring. This is a speed-focused project with a lean budget.
• Canteen Renovation (Renovation): A design-oriented project. Since it involves working adjacent to existing operational areas, it requires high attention to detail regarding traffic flow, dust control, and noise management. This role involves frequent communication with the client regarding design and logistics.

Interview process: 2～３ rounds (In person or Web)

• Working time: 8:00～17:30 (Lunch break 12:00～13:00)

Working day: Mon ~ Fri

Day off: Sat, Sun & Vietnam’s Public holiday

• Salary Range: Gross 15,000,000 ～ 35,000,000 VND ※ Depending on experience

Exposer Required 
• Experience at construction sites in Japan is highly welcome.
• No prior experience as a Site Manager? No problem! We welcome you.

Educational Qualifications 
• Essential 
– Graduated from University(Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering)
※Educational background is not required for former Technical Interns (Gino Jisshusei) or those with work experience at construction sites in Japan.
• Technical Skills 
– English (Business communication). Japanese is not required.
