Position Overview
In a Japanese company’s Vietnam subsidiary, this position reports directly to the GD (General Director) and is responsible for business planning, marketing planning support, pricing analysis, preparation of price lists, and development of related materials.

This role is not limited to processing assigned tasks.
The candidate is expected to identify issues independently and proactively propose improvement ideas and options to the GD based on facts, data, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare data and materials related to business plans and key initiativesCollect, organize, and analyze market, competitor, and customer information
• Prepare and update product- and category-based price lists
• Organize price structures and gross margins based on factory prices, logistics costs, duties, etc.
• Prepare simulation materials for price revisions and price increases
• Support planning of marketing activities (exhibitions, promotions, web-related initiatives, etc.)
• Prepare planning and pricing-related materials for the GD
• Organize analysis results and present improvement proposals and options

This is a hands-on specialist role focused on analysis and price list preparation
Candidates with a proactive, proposal-oriented mindset are expected
The interview process: General Director and HR/Admin

• Gross salary: 28–32 million VND (gross) per month (Negotiable depending on experience and skills) 
•  Bonus: 13th month + performance bonus for direct sales (per company policy)
• Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
• Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
  (Majors in Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or MBA are preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in planning, business management, analysis, or marketing
• Practical experience in numerical management and price list creation using Excel
• Ability to create structured materials using PowerPoint or similar tools
• Basic understanding of sales, gross margin, and cost structures
• English communication skills for business use (reading/writing and internal coordination level)
• Ability to define issues independently and develop proposals, not just organize given information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, B2B businesses, or trading companies
• Experience related to pricing, cost management, or quotation work
