1. Lead the supplier improvement group (SIS) to meet product quality, section target and process requirements.
2. Make and summarize action plans for SIS group, follow up action plans and take action promptly if do not meet target.
3. Carry out new supplier audit, periodic supplier and engage in supplier selection. Make the report after audit.
4. Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards, manufacturing/technology capabilities and health, safety and environmental risks.
5. Engage in verifying, making inspection standard.
6. Evaluate supplier performance and rank suppliers, deploy action to improve bad suppliers.
7. Analyze issue happening in production lines relating to materials and generate solutions to handle issues.
8. Issue CAR / CM, improvement request to supplier, drive for root cause analysis and improvement.
9. Maintain and sustain documentation system.
10. Train SQC staff, SQC operator for knowledge and new technology.
11. Support QC General Manager and SQC Manager to get more work done.
