Chi tiết công việc

– Responsible for Sales activities for the serviced apartment and hotel, mainly focus on developing Japanese client accounts;
– Responsible for achieving hotel financial targets by focusing on the Japanese market and other assigned markets, with KPIs based on performance versus revenue goals.
– To implement all Sales action plans related to the market areas;
– Conduct rate negotiations, develop strategic plans for key segments to ensure optimal yield and guest loyalty.
– To work closely with Director of Sales and General Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial need of the property;
– Maintain contact database and prepare reports regularly.
– Follow up on guest inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided while adhering to sales SOPs.
– To support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience;
– Assist the Director of Sales with the annual sales action plan, providing statistics and forecasts as needed.
– To build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings;
– To acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare Sales proposals for clients.
– Represent in various events and exhibition; Attend trade shows and sales events in assigned markets.
– Collaborate with operation departments to ensure quick responses and excellent guest service.
– Efficient teamwork within Sales team and other departments;
– Perform additional tasks as needed, such as customer care, translation, and interpretation.
– Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure workplace safety standards are followed.
– Adhere to company policies and rules, including those related to Duty Roster, grooming, hygiene, health, and safety.
– Other related tasks as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

– Temporary position: 1 year contract.
– Contract renewal possible depending on performance.
– University graduated
– Japanese level JLPT N2;
– Having English is an advantage.
– Having experience in sales in service industry or hospitality industry is a plus.
