- アドミン業務：社内雑務、営業補佐。※チケット手配、備品管理などの雑務と、たまにですが見積作成をお願いすることもあります。また、カタログやHPの翻訳業務をお願いすることもありますが、1年に一回程度です。
Administrative work: In-house miscellaneous affairs, sales assistant. * Miscellaneous tasks such as ticket arrangements and equipment management, and occasionally, we may ask you to create a quotation. In addition, we may ask you to translate catalogs and websites, but it is about once a year. - 通関処理業務：日本、中国、タイなどとベトナム間での製品輸出入時における通関処理業務。またはEPE企業との通関処理業務。※弊社は通関業務を一部外注しています。その外注先と、通関業務のやり取りをしていただきます。
Customs clearance processing: Customs clearance processing when importing/exporting products between Japan, China, Thailand, etc. and Vietnam. Or customs clearance operations with EPE companies. *We outsource some customs clearance operations. You will be responsible for exchanging customs clearance duties with the subcontractor. - 社内経理業務：社外会計会社とのやり取り。※基本社内経理業務以外は外注しています。出退勤管理、給与計算、在庫管理、社内用売上管理表などの作成をしていただきます。
In-house accounting work: Communication with external accounting companies. * We outsource other than basic in-house accounting work. You will be responsible for creating attendance management, payroll calculation, inventory management, internal sales management charts, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 年齢25～30歳ぐらいまで/ Age: 25-30 years old
- 英語、もしくは日本語のどちらか必須/ Either English or Japanese is required
- アドミン経験、通関処理経験、社内経理経験がある方/ Having administrative experience, customs clearance experience and in-house accounting experience
