Chi tiết công việc

・To support Organization’s Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and performance evaluations
・Responsible for talent management including motivating and developing staffs’ capacity to achieve highest levels of performance
・Perform compensation and benefit activities, including payroll administering and income tax
・To provide technical supports for other WF project/ activities
・Perform human resource management administration including:
– maintaining HR databases to ensure that all recruitment, and other employee related information is managed and processed appropriately
– ensuring that the staff timesheets are submit on time for payroll calculation and attendance record
– administering and calculating staff BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and Health Insurance
・Support the recruitment process from advertising, shortlisting and interview arrangements
・Provide support on due diligence processes for prospective candidates and provide advice for interview results for shortlisted candidates
・Ensuring all requirements for new personnel are completed including police clearance
・Manage induction schedules and all compulsory training for all personnel in liaison with all related units
・Be a point of contact for staff leave management and ensuring that adequate documentation and leave database is attended
・Ensure the implementation of key organization HR policies and procedures including Wahid Foundation’s Code of Conduct
・Contribute to the HR & Administrative compliance requirements, including reporting and records management requirements
・Administering staff health insurance and facilitating the claims
・Other administrative activities relating to performance management and other related functions
・Maintain asset, asset list and ensure the organization permit are in place
・Become the center point for organization correspondence with other external parties, room rental, email correspondence, etc
・Perform other duties as required by the organization’s management

【Salary】
・Manager : 33,000,000 VND ~ 38,000,000 VND

~33,000,000 VND for business level English speaker
~38,000,000 VND in English + Japanese both speaker

In addition, There is an option to hire two separate positions.

Human Resources Manager: 25~35,000,000 VND – English Mandatory
General Affairs Manager: 25~35,000,000 VND – Japanese Mandatory

【Working day &Time】
・From 08:00 to 17:00 or 19:00 (when overtime)
・1 hour lunch brake
・From Monday to Saturday

【Number of Head−count in Factory】
・500ppl (The number of employees will be increased to 1,000 at the end of next year)
・Of the current 500, 350 are sewing workers and 100 are other workers,
・Department member: 6ppl

【Allowance & Compensate】
・Commuter Car: Two 16-passenger minibuses

Yêu cầu công việc

・Sewing factory experience is preferred, but HR experience in a large assembly factory is preferred

・Fluent and deep read/write ability in English or/and Japanese

※As much as possible, you must be from Quang Ngai Province and currently working in Quang Ngai (commuting area of VSIP Quang Ngai). Or, if you are from Quang Ngai Province and currently working in HCM or the suburbs and wish to make a U-turn in Quang Ngai Province. Those seeking employment in Quang Ngai Province (VSIP Quang Ngai commuting area) are given top priority.
