Over All

• Airfreight Marketing survey
• Prepare Airfreight supplementary process , marketing tools.
• Prepare flight matrix, tariff rate .
• Communicate with all parties to analyze RFI, RFQ, inquiry, ,…to summarize, consult to Air Product Head, Sale,…
• Cost Advantage Analysis
• Pricing mainly for tender, RFQ, project,….
• Making sales material of our advantage for customers (Tender team of SEHQ, CSM and RSM)  when we submit RFQ
• Establish, develop and grow relationship with other offices/ stations within KWE network, particularly those of destination countries.
• Reporting

Airfreight Marketing survery

• Researching competitors’ main customers
• Researching competitors’ partner carriers
• Provide permanent input on the global airfreight market situation and windows of opportunities. Assess current and evolving business models in the marketplace affecting the global airfreight business.
• Conduct periodic market studies to fully understand the existing market situation affecting business, and drive sales activities accordingly in line with market realities monthly .
• Provide marketing information in support of sales activities as PPT.
• Periodical review of existing products and explore new products which can contribute to business enhancement.
• Provide promotional material at periodic interval for product development, especially new services or solutions as PPT.

Pricing for Tender , RFQ & project

• Research , analyse the RFI, RFQ, tender terms & condition to report to the Air Product Head, General Manager, Sale,….
• Survey, predeal airfreight cost and capacity for Tender , RFQ
• Support the Tender Management team with strategic pricing for RFQs.
• Support the sales team with high volume spot quotations.
• Negotiation airfreight and services with airlines to make the airfreight pricing efficiently .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Set and plan strategic measures/policies to ascertain where costs/rates are competitive when working for tender, RFQ, adhoc project.
• Record the RFQ history with buying rate , selling rate , condtions and analyze the reason of win and lose for next RFQ

Product monitoring

• Support & share to the Branch about RFI, RFQ terms & conditions
• Making flight matrix, capacity plan, tariff rate,… 

Reporting

• Make reports to APH, GM
• Support Sale, Branch to make the relative reports of airfreight

1.Education & Experience

• Education degree (such as college, university, high school…)
• Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices.
• Experience in using system for bookings, documentation, shipping document insurance, intranet.
• Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
• Experience in Airfreight Tender & pricing position in global company is an advantage

2.Skill & Capacity

• Good at MS office (Word, Excel, power point….)
• Intermediate English skill (4 skills), additional language should be an advantage
