【Business description/Expected duties】
A Japanese animation production company is establishing a new animation studio in Da Nang City.
You will be in charge of supervising and managing 5 newly graduated and inexperienced staff members, and although you are not a manager, you will play the role of a leader with practical experience.
After joining the company, you will receive training in Japan for about one month.
You will be the first important staff member to start a new animation studio in Da Nang. We are looking for a person who is from the central area of Vietnam and who is willing to support our project to establish an animation studio in Da Nang.

【Scope of work】
・Work at a Japanese animation studio to be newly established.
・Raising up a Japanese Animation Studio which is to be newly established.
・Support for Japanese director.
・Support for the Japanese Director.
・Conducting training and education programs for Vietnamese animation designers.
・Design, drawing, and animation production related to animation production for the Japanese market

【Monthly salary】
Around 22,000,000VND (to be determined based on the candidate’s experience and performance)
【Bonus】
1 month’s monthly salary in the month before Tet

【Experience required】

We are looking for candidates who meet at least two of the following
conditions.
・At least 2 years of experience in design, drawing, and animation production related to anime
production for the Japanese market (Want)
・Experience working for a Japanese animation production company or working experience in
animation production for the Japanese market (Want)
・Experience in directing animation production for the Japanese market
・Japanese language skills: Business intermediate or above (N3 or above) or English skills: Business
intermediate or above
※If you do not have language skills, we will assign a Communicator to you.

・Experience in 2D or 3D animation design(must)

【Welcome skill】
・UI animation production experience using Unity
・Experience in video editing using After Effects and Adobe premiere
・Experience in character animation production using Spine, SpriteStudio, Live 2D, etc.
・Team development experience with using Git
・Experience in 3D motion design
