• Technical leader to investigate technologies in projects and train new technology for other staffs
• Support manager in managing project

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a Bridge SE to communicate with customer
• Analyze business requirement
• Lead development project
• Control project schedule, quality, cost
• Report to Line Manager
• Lead/instruct/guide team members in project

Essential

1.Background skills

• 5~6 years’ experience as Software Developer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skill, technical survey skill

2.Practical experiences

• Experience with one of following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, jQuery, etc (2 years)
• Experience with one of following database system: MySQL, Postgres SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, etc (2 years)
• Experience with one of following development framework: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, NodeJS, AngularJS, etc (2 years)
• Experience with web system development (2 years)
• Experience with Low Code Platform frameworks (e.g OutSystems, ServiceNow) is a plus
• Fair in technical English in IT field (TOEIC 400 ~ 450)
• Good in Japanese reading/writing (N3 ~ N2 level)
• Be able to communicate directly with customers in Japanese

Desirable

• Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable
• Good working attitude.
• High responsibility and motivate team to achieve project goals.
