• Market Expansion and Networking:

  • Utilize an extensive network of consultants, general contractors, and suppliers in Taiwan/China to identify new project opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and decision-makers.

• Marketing and Brand Promotion:

  • Strategically promote the company across mass media platforms, industrial park websites, and contractor associations.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.

• Strategic Partnerships and Trade Associations:

  • Collaborate with international trade associations, including Eurocham, VTBA (Taiwan), SGB (Singapore), Amcham (USA), Britcham (UK), and CBAH (China), to obtain valuable project insights and networking opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand credibility and network with potential clients and partners.

• Investment and Factory Rental Projects:

  • Establish connections with investment units and stakeholders involved in factory rental projects to secure new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Documentation and Presentation:

  • Prepare professional documents and presentations in Chinese, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Effectively communicate technical and business information in English for internal and external stakeholders.

– Salary: 1500~2000$
– Normal working hours: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri), 8:00 – 12:00 (Sat), Holiday (Sundays, half-days on Saturdays) subject to change depending on work requirement
– Annual leave: 12 days per year, or under current Vietnam’s Labor code
– Work permit and visa: According to Vietnam Law & regulation, fee is borne by the Company
– Workmen’s Compensation Insurance & Health Care Insurance. The insurance package is the standard package.

– Age: 30~50 years old

–Nationality: Chinese/Taiwanese
– Documentation & presentation skills in Chinese (technical English listening and understanding)
– Have many channels of information about Taiwan/China projects from old relationships: Consultants, general contractors, Taiwan/China suppliers.
– Ability to do marketing (promote the company to mass media, industrial park websites, contractor associations,…)
– Have worked or can work with trade associations such as Eurocham, Taiwan (VTBA), Singapore (SGB), USA (Amcham), England (Britcham), China (CBAH),… to get information about projects, people
– Have contact and connection with investment units for factory rental
