– Conduct market research, identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing customers.
– Track monthly sales, consolidate, analysing for monthly sales trend to have timely corrective actions to maintain, increase the sales with customers.
– Make monthly customer visit schedule and follow up to carry out the visit as plan.
– Support daily jobs for new projects and take part in all the customer audits at the companies for current and new products.
– Collaborate with co-worker to follow-up of new products, pre-production schedule and mass production.
– Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and any complaints by customer in order to maintain and increase satisfaction.
– Other tasks will be assigned and arranged by the BD Manager.
