- To keep abreast of all the developments in Vietnamese market regarding the infrastructure industry and forward all information to the company.
- To make research, gather information and forward all information to the company about new project plans in Vietnam.
- To establish/maintain relationships with clients/partners of projects which the company has an intension to work and to understand their expectations, demands.
- To negotiate and make a contract with clients/partners based on advice from legal professionals.
- To act as a communicator between clients/partners and the company.
- To organize tenders/proposals, schedule of projects and to follow all processes from beginning to end by cooperating with all relevant departments of the company on the purpose of developing business of the company in Vietnam.
- To possess in-depth knowledge about product and the company’s capability and be able to make effective qualifying sales.
- To provide information to the company about Vietnamese laws, regulations and market outlook.
- To support all documentation and estimation for tenders/proposals.
- To provide effective solutions through collaboration with in-house technical engineers.
- To perform all abovementioned tasks with the principle of giving priority to the company’s policies and profits.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00
- Bonus: 1 month salary (1 time/year, before Tet)
- Salary increase: 1 time/year
- Statutory social insurance
- Annual holiday: 12 days
- Probation for 2 months, salary during probation period: 85%
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate/Master’s level graduate
- Business English and Native Vietnamese skill(Japanese is welcome)
- Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry(non-mandatory)
- To take Initiative and have passion for the company’s profit
- Motivative and passionate personality for the company/ team’s benefit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
