  •  Building, development and expanding the customer base to achieve the company’s assigned revenue
  •  Bring the company’s image and services that are constantly innovative and competitively priced to each customer
  •  Field Visits (Industrial Parks, mainly Japanese companese) to ensure adding up more potential to the client list
  • Job Description:
    – Main job:
    + Seeking new customers
    + Send email to customer
    + Call to customer
    + Caring for and maintaining current customers
    + Sign a new contract
    1. Sale Planning:
    – Market Analysis
    – Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow our company business
    – Sales Forecast
    – Keep updated with market growth, trends, competitors and related service for the best branding of organization brands
    2. Sale Acquision:
    – Marketing and advertising
    – Bidding proposal
    – Build sale network
    – Searching new client
    – Deal closing
    3. Key Account Management:
    – Identifying strategic customers: Identify and classify the most important customers and develop special customer management strategies for each customer group
    – Building relationships: Build strong relationships with strategic customers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
    – Sales planning: Analyze the needs and goals of customers, propose solutions, and develop sales plans that meet customer requirements.
    – Enhancing customer value: Propose and implement solutions to enhance customer value, including after-sales services, customer care, and training.

Yêu cầu công việc

– Male/Female, good health
– Graduated from University or higher with majors related to human resources, economics, business administration…
– Language: English fluently in 4 skills
– Other skills: Teamwork, Time management, accountability, responsibility, reporting, analyzing reports
– Have 3 years of experience at equivalent, required B2B sales experience in the service sector, priority given to candidates with BD/Sales experience at human resources companies.
– Attitude:

  • Proactively learn and grasp information quickly
  • Hardworking and progressive, enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure
  • Flexible ability to adapt to work

– Understanding the labor market
