This position will work across Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, SCM, and Administration to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and organizational capability. This role is intended for a candidate with the potential to become a future executive leader within the company
.
1. Key Responsibilities
Business Planning & Performance Management
– Support annual business planning and budgeting
– Analyze sales, gross profit, operating profit and KPIs
– Prepare monthly management reports
– Conduct market and competitor analysis
– Propose business improvement initiatives
Business Improvement
– Support sales process improvement
– Assist in distributor strategy development
– Improve profitability and pricing strategies
– Analyze business performance
– Support new business initiatives
Product Management Support
– Product portfolio analysis
– Support new product introduction
– Coordinate with OEM suppliers
– Product profitability analysis
– Market research
SCM & Process Improvement
– Inventory optimization
– Supply chain improvement initiatives- Business process improvement
– Lead cross-functional projects
Technical & Quality Support
– Coordinate with Technical Support team
– Support quality improvement activities
– Coordinate improvement projects with OEM suppliers
Special Projects
– Lead strategic projects assigned by the General Director
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary Range: 40~45M VND/per month depending on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
- Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
- Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM –17:00PM
Yêu cầu công việc
Mandatory:
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing or B2B industries
– Business-level English communication skills (meetings, presentations and business correspondence)
– Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
– Experience in KPI management and business analysis
– Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
– Experience leading cross-functional projects
Preferred:
– Experience in Japanese companies
– B2B manufacturing experience
– Product Management experience
– Supply Chain Management experience
– OEM business experience
– ERP experience
– Business process improvement experience
Ideal Candidate:
– Thinks from a management perspective rather than a departmental perspective
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent coordination and communication abilities
– Able to identify issues and drive improvements independently Interested in developing into a future executive management role
– Candidates who have demonstrated experience in business improvement, cross-functional coordination, performance management, and organizational development.
