It is a “Business Support Generalist” role responsible for handling office operations, HR administration, recruitment support, and general affairs in a small organization.
The successful candidate will work under the Department Leader and provide cross-functional support for the company’s overall operations. As our systems and processes are still being developed, the role requires a proactive mindset—someone who can think, take action, and help build structures from the ground up.
This position is NOT suitable for candidates who aspire to become HR Specialists, HR Managers, or HR System/ Organizational Development professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • HR & Administration Support
    – Attendance and leave management
    – Preparation and management of labor contracts, offer letters, etc.
    – Support for social insurance and personal income tax matters
    – Support for Work Permit, TRC, and related applications
    – Employee information management and updates
    – Support for internal events and employee communication activities
  • Office Administration & Vendor Management
    – Daily office operations
    – Coordination with vendors, building management, and external service providers
    – Management of contracts and various documents
    – Procurement of supplies and inventory management
    – Facility management
  •  Business Support
    – Recruitment support
    – Recruitment branding support via LinkedIn and other platforms
    – Support for various business improvement projects
    – Various tasks assigned by the Department Leader
    – Cross-functional support for company operations

Quyền lợi được hưởng

  • Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results

  • Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Mandatory:
    – 2–3 years of professional work experience
    – Practical experience in at least one of the following areas: HR, Administration, Office Operations, or Business Support (Candidates with experience across multiple areas are especially welcome)
    – Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
    – Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
    – Ability to adapt flexibly to a wide range of tasks in a small-company environment
    – Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Preferred:
    – Previous work experience at a Japanese or foreign-invested company
    – Hands-on experience with Work Permit, TRC, and social insurance procedures
    – Recruitment experience (recruitment branding, candidate handling, etc.)
    – Experience with Linkedin-based recruitment activities
    – Cross-functional experience (e.g., HR + Admin, Admin + Recruitment)
