- Strategic Leadership
- Planning, innovating, implementing, and overseeing the operations and financial effectiveness of the company
- Developing medium and long-term business strategies, establishing and organizing the implementation of annual business plans and investment development plans for the Company
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of departmental activities within the Company with the aim of ensuring the implementation of the Company’s business strategy.
- Operational Oversight
- Building the organizational structure and evaluating the effectiveness of departmental activities within the Company with the aim of ensuring the implementation of the Company’s business strategy
- Organizing recruitment, deployment, and arrangement of human resources to meet the operational requirements of the Company.
- Receive, manage, and organize human resources to ensure efficient operation and utilization of the company’s resources.
- Develop and decide on the issuance of policies, regulations, rules, operating procedures, reward systems, disciplinary regulations, and other relevant provisions related to the management, training, utilization, and welfare of employees in line with the company’s development direction, business strategy, and operational objectives.
- Financial Management
- Approve the annual operational budget of the company after establishing the business development direction
- Read and analyze financial reports to formulate or adjust strategies that align with the company’s business operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, strategic partners.
- Represent the company in external activities, forums, and collaborations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the position of CEO or similar managerial roles in Fintech companies or banks.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Excellent leadership skills, renowned for inspiring teams to achieve goals and excel in building and developing successful businesses.
- Strategic mindset: Practical experience in formulating and implementing growth strategies for Fintech companies or banks.
- Financial acumen: Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation.
- Effective communicator: High EQ, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaboratively engaging with diverse stakeholders. Committed to enhancing a strong team culture.
- Sensitivity in handling situations and addressing arising issues.
- Decisive in making decisions.
