Job House’s client is looking for a hands-on specialist rather than a traditional Finance Manager. This is an individual contributor position without direct subordinates, requiring the ability to independently manage financial matters and support the General Director.

– Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to our Japanese headquarters.

– Preparation and analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

– Budgeting, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual analysis.

– Financial performance analysis, including revenue, COGS, gross profit, and operating expenses.

– Tax compliance and coordination with tax authorities.

– External audit coordination and internal control. – Cash flow, working capital, AR/AP, and financial management.

– Coordination with outsourced accounting and payroll service providers.

• Salary: Around VND 30,000,000 Gross per month (Negotiable depending on experience)
• Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
• Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
• Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

– At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

– Experience in foreign-invested companies, preferably Japanese manufacturing or trading companies.

– Strong financial reporting, management accounting, taxation, and audit experience.

– Good business English, including direct communication with Japanese headquarters.

– Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with accounting systems.

– High integrity, confidentiality, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.
