Position: Customer Service Staff (for Japanese customers use moving service)
Company Size: under 100
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Japanese Customer Service staff member to support our moving service for Japanese customers relocating to and from Vietnam.
This role focuses on providing professional and caring customer support from initial contact and home visits to on-site supervision and after-service follow-up.
Candidate is someone who enjoys communication, takes pride in service quality, and can build warm relationships with customers and team members alike.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for Japanese Customers using our moving service.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in a polite and professional manner.
- Visit Customers’ residences to assess their moving needs and coordinate arrangements.
- Supervise moving work on-site to ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Follow up with customers after moving to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- During less busy seasons, engage in customer relationship and support sales activities such as greetings, introduce service, hearing service needs, service solution or improvement initiatives.
(* Note: This is not a sales position with performance targets.)
- Coordinate with Vietnamese and Japanese staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Other jobs as required by line manager/BOD

- Salary range: 1,700 – 2,500 USD Gross
- Holiday allowance: 500,000 VND 3 time / years

Yêu cầu công việc
- Native Japanese speaker.
- Prior experience in customer service for Japanese clients.
- Experience in logistics or moving services is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond to customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable with frequent outside visits to customers’ residences for site inspections and service arrangements.
- Able to handle on-site coordination and ensure smooth moving operations.
