– Overall management of personnel and general affairs, sales purchasing, and accounting section
– Develop strong working relationships with team members and train the staffs
– Implementate Japanese factory management under the Vietnamese culture

Professional requirement
– University or higher level degree and working experience in Japanese company are prefferred
– Accounting knowledge
– Human management and Sales experience are appreciated

– Languagese: Japanese, English, Vietnamese
