– Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company products/equipment at customer sites.

– Analyze technical issues arising on-site and coordinate with relevant teams to provide feedback for continuous improvement and preventive actions.

– Handle technical problems related to after-sales service and ensure timely resolution.

– Prepare detailed analysis reports and propose effective corrective solutions.

– Develop and implement customer service plans for assigned projects.

– Monitor equipment performance and ensure stable and efficient operation in line with customer requirements.

– Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service quality.

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Automation, or related fields.

– No experience required. Have experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing electrical/automation equipment is preferred.

– Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

– Born in 1990 or later.

– Proficiency in Korean (working-level communication required).
