* Executive secretarial works for General Director include but not limited to: meeting arrangement, visa, hotel, cars and air ticket arrangement, payment settlement, manage General Director’s working schedule, etc.

* Support strategic planning works include but not limited to business plan, corporate initiatives, intelligent work

* Support team to organize company events, arrangements for VIP and visitors

* Other tasks as required

1. Qualification and experience:

– Fluent English for daily communication

– Have university degree

– Have 03 year working experience as minimum

– Experience in Japanese company is preferable

– Can use Japanese is an advantage

– Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, team work…

– Good at arrangement, time management, pro-active, positive thinking, eager to learn

– Performs well or tries his/her best even under high pressure.

– Have logical and analytical thinking/mindset

– Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for presentation, communication and reporting purposes.
