• Demand Creation & Technical Promotion

– Support and execute regional Demand Creation activities for all EC Segment Products.

– Host technical seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to promote product portfolios.

– Conduct comprehensive product and technical training sessions for key customers and distribution partners.

• Customer Engagement & Visits:

– Maintain a proactive field presence by conducting a minimum of 20 customer visits per month to identify new projects, troubleshoot technical challenges, and build strong relationships.

• Performance & Target Achievement:

– Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) cantered on securing Design Wins and generating New Opportunities within the region.

• Working hours: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: Proven experience in a Field Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Design Engineering role within the semiconductor or electronic components industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in electronic component, with the ability to deliver engaging technical presentations and training.
• Language Ability: Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to effectively interact with customers, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams
• Minimum 3 years working experience and field of experience
