We are looking for a practical and execution-oriented candidate who can support both finance operations and business management in a small and fast-moving organization. The candidate should be business-oriented and capable of balancing compliance and operational practicality. We are not looking for someone who is overly theoretical, compliance-driven, or focused only on rigid interpretation of regulations without considering actual business operations.

Position: Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Hanoi

Reporting line: Directly to General Director

Team management: 2 subordinate staffs

We prefer someone who can:

• Move operations forward with reasonable risk awareness and sound judgment.

• Salary: Gross VND 25,000,000 – 30,000,000 per month (Slight adjustment possible based on experience; large changes are not allowed)
• Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
• Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
• Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00

Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in Finance & Accounting.

• Language: Business English required (capable of communicating effectively across departments and working directly with top management).

• Age Range: 30~39

• Accounting Software: Misa and Base.vn for expense-related operations.

• Using External Accounting Service.

• Reporting & Management: Ability to manage 2 subordinate staff and report directly to General Director.

Preferred Qualifications

• Japanese company experience: Preferred.

• Industry preference: Trading / Engineering / Industrial / Manufacturing.

• Soft Skills:   *Strong hands-on operational capability

                            *Cash flow and business management experience

                            *Ability to work directly with top management
