[Accounting section]
– Responsible all accounting procedures(Financial accounting(VAS and IFRS), Tax, Managerial accounting, Cash management)
– Manages 6 members including 1 manager(Chef Accountant)
– Monthly reports to General Director, Global Headquarters and Production Headquarters
– Reviews cost accounting
– Analyzes actual-budget variance
– Budget preparation(Quarterly)
– Performs Internal Control
– Handles internal and external audit
– TP document preparation
– Ad hoc works
[Purchase section]
– Responsible for purchase activity
– Manages 5 members including 1 manager
– Monthly reports to General Director, Production Headquarters, Global Supply Chain
– Performs cost reduction in purchase price
[Others]
– Checks and manages internal documents for company approval
– Miscellaneous job if any
Yêu cầu công việc
– Accounting experience over 10 years(MUST)
– English(Business level)(MUST)
– Strong in costing, experienced in production
– Reporting skill
– Analytical skill
– Over 35 years old
– University graduates
– Excel, Word, PowerPoint
– Work experience in multinational manufacturing companies is plus
– Knowledgeable about SAP/AP
