Our client are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, projects, and operation of the Company.

General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise, and having IT background knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management and leadership to Software Development teams.
• Partner with management and members of the Japanese group companies to drive development initiatives according to plan.
• Understands complex product development cycles to ensure actions are proactively managed and issues minimized.
• Review and analyze information related to decisions that affect the growth of the company.

• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Having software development experience.
• 5+ years’ upper management experience.
• Those who have high Japanese proficiency and have a qualification of Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher.
• Basic understanding of networking and switching.
• Solid IT background knowledge (software applications development and testing, standards, best practices, security, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware)
