– Provides technical management and leadership to Software Development teams.
– Partner with management and members of the Japanese group companies to drive development initiatives according to plan.
– Understands complex product development cycles to ensure actions are proactively managed and issues minimized.
– Review and analyze information related to decisions that affect the growth of the company.

– Time 8h30 – 17h30 (lunch break 12:00 ~ 13:00), from Monday to Friday (no OT, if necessary OT will calculate salary according to legal regulations)

– Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.
– Having 15+ years of software development experience.
– Having 5+ years of management experience (managing a team of managers)
– Proven ability driving complex, on-time software product development.
– Proven ability to lead and motivate software development teams.
– Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and simplify strategies into specific actions.
– Ability to manage expectations and deal with ambiguity and change.
– Ability to present clearly and succinctly to project teams and executives.
– Understanding of manufacturing requirements and process.
– Basic understanding of networking and switching.
– Demonstrated excellence in leadership and communication within project and crossfunctional teams.
– Those who have high Japanese proficiency and have a qualification of Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher.
– More than 2 years of work experience in Japan or more than 5 years of work experience in a Japanese company in Vietnam.
Nice to have:
– Solid IT background knowledge (software applications development and testing, standards, best practices, security, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
– Experience in Agile development methodology.
