Chi tiết công việc

– Supervise and implement all activities of the HR & ADM Dept.
– Report, support and give suggestion to the Board of Directors to manage and handle issues related to HR & ADM issue.
– Report, update activities of HR & ADM issue to  head office with Japanese language.
– Contact HR & ADM departments of IKC’s subsidiaries in Vietnam to share and update information related to HR & ADM issue.
– Be responsible for building the company’s personnel evaluation system referring head office system.
– Be responsible for establishing rules/ regulations and procedures related to the HR & ADM issue.
– Be responsible for activities of calculating salary, bonus, personal income tax, social insurance and employee benefits.
– Manage the company’s legal documents.
– Build up Labor Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (coordinate with company Trade Unions).
– Prepare budget for HR & ADM Dept.
– Manage monthly outsource services such as car rental, security, lawn care, accomodation, taxi,..
– Organize Company events.
– Responsible for other HR activities including: recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee development.
– Handle all Human Resources operations such as: job offers, labor contracts, transfer decisions, promotions/demotions, labor discipline handling, new employee orientation training,…
– Perform tasks related to foreign employees: apply for visas, work permits, temporary residence cards, accommodation/stay, travel,…
– Manage procurement, maintenance, and repair activities related to HR & ADM Dept.
– Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University or above major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics.
  • Good command in Japanese (to directly report to IKC) and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have experience about legal matter (especially in Laws of Labor, Social Insurrance)”
  • Effective work management skills
  • Teamwork, under high pressure
  • Honest, diligent, careful, high responsibility,…
  • At least 6 years in similar position (preferred in foreign enterprises
  • Having good communication skills and relationships with State agencies is an advantage
