This position will mainly support daily HR and administrative operations in our Hanoi office. We are looking for a practical and hands-on person who can support HR/Admin operations in a small organization with speed and flexibility.
■ Main Responsibilities
- HR Operations
– Attendance management
– Support for onboarding/offboarding procedures
– Labor contract management support
– Support for social insurance and PIT-related tasks
– Employee data management
– New employee onboarding support
– Interview schedule coordination - Admin Operations
– Document management
– Contract management support
– Company seal management support
– Office supplies and office management
– Vendor coordination
– Meeting preparation and internal coordination - General Support
– Support for General Director and Admin team
– Internal communication and coordination
– Other related tasks
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results

- Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00
Yêu cầu công việc
- Mandatory:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 2–3 years of HR/Admin experience
– English communication skills (business conversation level)
– Basic knowledge of labor contracts, attendance management, and social insurance
– Good communication skills, responsibility, and speed in execution - Preferred:
– Experience in small organizations
– Payroll-related experience
– Experience using HR systems such as BaseHR
