- The business works on the basis of orders from Japanese customers, which are then outsourced to Vietnamese suppliers for manufacturing. Vietnam employees visit Vietnamese suppliers in person to inspect quality and provide guidance. The business is similar to a trading company. When conducting business, we always keep in mind the ‘3 Wins’. Our customers, Vietnamese suppliers and Vietnam Company have grown so far by continuing to be a win-win situation for all three parties.
- The organisation has about 10 members. The General Affairs Leader is responsible for creating a comfortable working environment for these people, as well as acting as a bridge to ensure the smooth running of the business by communicating in Japanese with the Japanese president and managers at the head office in Japan.

- Working time: Mon to Fri and every other Saturday, 8:00-17:00 (break: 60 minutes)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age / Gender: 30-40 / Female
- Japanese: Advanced Business (N1 equivalent)
- English: Business Beginner (TOEIC 550~700)
- Required experience and qualifications:・Experience managing an organization of around 10 people as a general affairs leader and manager
・Be able to read the expectations of others and act proactively.
・Personality: Bright and able to get along with anyone. Can take the initiative to tackle tasks that others dislike or don’t want to do.
