Job Summary

The HR-GA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, as well as General Affairs, to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters of HR and GA, including legal compliance, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibilities

・Collaborate with the General Manager to design, implement, and oversee all HR-related processes throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to off-boarding. This includes performance assessment and people development.
・Create and edit HR documentation, materials, and communications, such as the Employee Handbook, Announcements, and Blog Posts.
・Manage an HR information system to accurately track employees’ attendance and leave, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
・Assist in talent acquisition activities by implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain talent across all vacancies.
・Take an active role in driving employee engagement initiatives, including organizing internal team activities and events like new hire welcoming sessions, knowledge-sharing workshops, company clubs, and special occasions such as employee birthdays, YEP, and company trips.
・Assist in administrative tasks at the office.

Yêu cầu công việc

・Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
・Fluency in Japanese (N2 or higher level)
・Proven work experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as start-ups or technology companies;
