• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
• Managing the recruitment and selection process;
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management; Design, maintenance, and operation of internal regulations;
• Employee management (attendance, employment contract…etc);
• Planning and organizing company events;
• Procedures related to employment of foreign employees;
• Negotiations and reports with the government and labor unions.

• Years of experiences: At least 7 years of relevant working experiences, and 3 years of experience for HR Manager;
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and related law & policies;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
• Business level of English or Japanese skills.
