Responsibilities

1. Develop and evaluate the implementation of management tools of the quality or production system (35%)

• Building quality management or production process systems at manufacturing plants.
•  Monitor and evaluate the implementation and compliance with quality or working procedures of production departments.
•  Support training of production departments in the Factory on the quality or production process  management system or new emerging processes/tools.
•  Warn and suggest solutions or solutions for non-compliance cases to the violating department or Factory Leader.

2. Report indicators and existing problems in the management system to the Production or QA Department (10%)

•  Synthesize and report performance indicators of manufacturing plants;
• Report existing problems (process violations, waste in management/production, etc.) at the factory to the Board of Directors.
•  Prepare periodic and unscheduled training reports as required by the Production or QA Department.

3. Research for quality improvement in the production process (35%)

•  Adjust or build new quality management processes/tools of the production system.
•  Advise and propose to the QA Department and the Production Department on issues that need to be improved, changed, and adjusted at the Factory.
•  Implement quality improvement projects to improve the operational efficiency of the Factory and the Company.
•  Be the focal point to collect quality improvements from each factory to apply to the entire production and QA system.

4. Timely and accurately grasp the causes of problems at the Factory (10%)
5. Deploy, support and monitor decisions of the Board of Directors to the Factory (10%)

-Working hours: 8:10 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Off on 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays each month, with 12 days of annual leave.
