Be responsible for dealing with Clients who are looking to open financial assets and security exchanges in top financial markets of Asian region such as Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.

• Net salary up to 2000 USD
• Review salary 1 time/year based on employee’s performance
• 2-month probationary period with 100% salary

Experience Required

• Customer support for Japanese retail customers (e-mail only)
• Vietnamese (N2 retention level) Management and training of customer support team
• System development bridge services for Japanese customers
• Communication with Japanese customers (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
• Progress, requirements, and task management of development projects
• Communication with the development team and Vietnamese bridge (Skype, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in system development.
•  Project management of system development
•  Process control (including other industries)
•  Knowledge of financial retail services (Stocks, FX, cryptocurrency, etc.)
• Management experience (vs. Vietnamese)

Required Skills

• Intermediate or higher English (Both conversation and reading and writing)
• Japanese (native level) (Japanese Certificate JLPT N1)
