• Monitor & Maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) uptime
• Windows Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support
• HP- UX, Linux Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support
• Ensure the Antivirus up to date and apply to all PC client
• Ensure all server and PC is updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft
• Manage security settings to help in securing the PC
• Provide user Computer and Network support, PC setup and configuration
• Computer & Printer Hardware Service support and troubleshooting
• Control spare part Inventory for all PC’s and printer’s hardware

• Male, age between 25-30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
• Have at least 2 years of experience in IT Hardware field
• Preferable worked in factory environment
• Preferable living in Hung Yen
• Basic English communication skill
• Have knowledge of:
• IT Hardware: Server system, Network, Computer, Printer System, Tablet, Scanner, etc.-
• IT Software: Windows Server 2012, Linux, Windows 10, Office 2010, etc.
• Availability support for user in all case
• Have various relevant skills:
• Good software development and support skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
