   – Monitor & maintain Server system (Physical Server, VMWare Server, Linux Server).
   – Windows Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
   – HP-UX, Linux Server hardware/ software troubleshoot and support.
2. Network Management:
   – Network device monitoring.
   – Network configuration management.
   – Incident and problem management.
   – Capacity and performance management.
   – Security device management.
3. Other Jobs Management:
   – Ensure the Anti-Virus up to date and apply to all PC clients.
   – Ensure all server and PC is updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft.
   – Provide user Computer setup and configuration.
   – Computer & Printer hardware service support and troubleshooting.
   – Control spare part Inventory for all PC’s and printer’s hardware.
   – CCTV management.
   – Technical support for end-user.

– Male age from 26 years old
– BA in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related field.
– Generally 5+ years of relevant experience in Network, Server operations.
– Familiar with operate, configure & manage Cisco/ HP device such as Router, Firewall, Proxy, Switches.
– Having good background about Windows Server 2012/2016 and Networking (such as routing, switching).
– Having good experience about monitoring & troubleshooting.
– Having experience about using Network monitoring tool.
– Negotiation, problem-solving skills and teamwork.
– Certificate of CCNA/MCSA/LPI is a plus.
