Responsibilities

1.Analyzing business operations and the business’s computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.

2.Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.

3.Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software.

4.Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.

5.Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.

6.Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.

7.Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.

8.Managing local area networks, installing and maintaining routers, generating email addresses, and creating passwords and backups.

9.Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases.

10.Project management and implementation of upgrades or software solutions across the organization.

11.Vendor and 3rd party service or performance management/monitoring.

12.Software security and configuration management.

13.Requirements gathering and consolidation of user requests for changes to software functionality or reporting requirements.

14.Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.

• Working hours: 8:10 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Off on 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays each month, with 12 days of annual leave.
• All public holidays as regulated by the state come with a small allowance.
• Lunar New Year bonus is usually more than 2 months’ salary.
• Salary increases annually in May based on KPI evaluations.
• There are 2 shuttle bus routes for employees from downtown Hanoi as follows:

1.Experience with user software and application support.

2.Knowledge and experience with software programming.

3.Experience with database management and project management.

4.Experience with ERP systems administration or implementation.

5.Experience or knowledge with business or financial processes or controls integrating with enterprise technology.

6.Vendor or 3rd party solutions/teams management experience for systems implementation, administration or maintenance.

7.A bachelor’s or graduate’s degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.

8.Qualification related to … systems, project management certificate is a plus

9.5 or more years of work experience in similar role
