Account management for existing Japanese market clients (corporations, travel agencies, etc.)
New business development in the Japanese market (corporations, travel agencies, etc.)
Conduct business negotiations and proposals in collaboration with the local Japanese Sales Director to drive sales performance in the Japanese market.

Salary: Net Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 / month (approx. ¥300,000 – ¥375,000, based on $1 = ¥150) *Commensurate with skills and experience
Working Time: 44hours/ week
Day-off: 1.5 days off/week
National Holiday: 12 Days per year following Vietnamese Labor Code & 1 National day of expat’s country
Other Allowance
1. Employee Housing: at the hotel;
2. 3 daily meals provided at the hotel (Duty meals: lunch in Canteen ; Daily breakfast complimentary at Voyage Restaurant);
3. Laundry: provided by the hotel following expat benefits
Bonus: Annual bonus (Once a year) equal to One month salary
Insurance
- Social Insurance/Medical insurance/ Unemployment Insurance: will be borne by the company, following the regulation of current Government Regulations
- Health care insurance: borne by the Company
Paid Leave: Annual Leave since the labor contract signed and following regulation of Labor Law
Benefit: Work Permit and visa shall be secured by the employer’s cost subject to completion of two years when you provide enough documentary request by the Labour Dept.
Others: Free access to the fitness center

MUST (FOR WORK PERMIT PURPOSE)

University Degree or above;
At least 3 year experience at oversea in the position/title related to the recruitment position;
Non – Criminal record;
Good heath status with Health Certification;
Age: 25 to 39 years old;
